Digital Products (Templates, Tools, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been delivered or accessed. This is standard practice, as digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same way physical items can.

Exceptions & Case-by-Case Reviews

While we do not typically issue refunds, we understand mistakes can happen. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate purchases (same product bought twice accidentally)
  • Incorrect or failed file delivery
  • Accidental purchases made without downloading the product
